  • Everything Is Funny is a new play about a young woman seeking refuge from an abusive relationship. It was developed and presented through Seattle Rep’s Professional Arts Training Program in April 2024, directed by Zacharee Simms. View photos here.

  • Inspired by the untold story of Paula Vogel’s How I Learned to Drive protagonist, Lil Bit Drives away with Knifed Tires asks how justice functions in a world where the lines between victim, perpetrator, and bystander are blurred. It was first developed in a workshop led by director Zacharee Simms in November 2023, and has since been produced at Artists in Partnership’s Long Beach Short Play Festival in May 2024.

  • untitled tells the story of three young queer people trying to connect with one another without any guidance for how to do so. It was produced in April 2023 through the Johns Hopkins University Department of Theatre Arts & Studies, and was the first ever production to be generously funded by the Taylor Theatre Fund’s Playshop Grant. The play also won Sigrid Edson the Louis Sudler Prize for the Arts upon her graduation. The production was stage managed by Courtney Carreira with technical direction by Joshua Deck.   • Raina’s Spirit Leaves Her Body is a one-act play that was produced in October 2021 as part of Witness Theater’s Fall Showcase, directed by Andrea Guillén. The play is a non-linear journey through the dreamscape of Raina, who must re-live painful and pivotal moments with her first love in order to come to terms with their separation.

  • A Delivery is a ten-page play about a young woman who tries to break into her best friend’s apartment to bring her groceries during a mental health crisis, only to be thwarted by a nosy doorman. It was presented as a virtual reading by Witness Theatre in January 2021.
